Double Wall Insulated Chimney

Temp/Guard® All-fuel products, diameters 6"- 8" are tested and listed to UL 103HT for continuous operating temperatures up to 1000°F and 2100°F intermittent. Temp/Guard features a twist-lock connection that eliminates the need for sheet metal screws and aids in proper joint alignment. Temp/Guard utilizes a ceramic fiber blanket insulation that reduces “hot spots” and prevents insulation settling during transportation and installation, increasing product safety and reliability. Our factory-built chimneys have the smallest clearance to combustibles of 1.5" in the industry, reducing the chimney system footprint that saves on cost and time.

Biomass factory-built chimney and vent intended for use with Biomass fuel appliances approved for Type L low-temperature venting systems in accordance with “Standard for Chimneys, Fireplaces, Vents, and Solid-Fuel Burning Appliances,” NFPA 211, and the International Mechanical Code.

Double Wall Biomass Chimney

Tested and listed to UL 641, Biomass Chimney features a corrosion resistant 430 stainless flue and galvanized steel casing designed to operate in highly corrosive biofuel applications. Our cutting-edge positive twist-lock design, locking tabs and rope gasket at each joint, prevents fly ash leakage and reduces installation time.

Single Wall Black Stovepipe

Model - SW

The perfect companion to Temp/Guard All-Fuel Chimney products. Stovepipe products include durable flat-matte black finish creating a finished product different from the competition. Single wall stovepipe features a heavy-duty 24-gauge steel and continuous laser welded flue allowing for a clean appearance and installation.

Designed for installations from the appliance/stove to high temperature chimney products. Stovepipe is located in the same room as the appliance/stove and is not permitted to pass through ceiling or walls.

Flue Material Specifications: 6" - 8"/.024, galvaneal steel. 18” clearance to combustibles.

Double wall stovepipe features a laser welded stainless steel flue and heavy duty 24-gauge steel casing, maximizing safety during operation and providing a clean appearance and installation.

Direct Vent Gas Systems are tested, listed, and comply with the applicable requirements of ANSI Z21.88/CSA 2.33, “Standard for Gas Fireplace Heaters,” and UL 2112, “Standard For Venting Systems For Use With Gas-Fired Direct Vent Appliances”.

Direct vent systems are balanced pressure systems acquiring intake air from outside the dwelling while exhausting combustion gases through the sealed flue. UL 2112 tested and listed, Metal-Fab Direct Vent products are designed for safety, strength and reliability, generating a product that lasts a lifetime. Precision design and construction of the 430 stainless steel flue eliminate the need for gaskets and reduce leaks, enhancing product dependability and safety. Our innovative male to female slip connection design with flared female connections yield a product that is easy to install, reducing cost and installation time.

Designed for use only with Direct-Vented gas-fired appliances that comply with “ANSI Z21” Standards.
